THE DEAL LLC CHOOSES INTERACTIVE VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES (IVT) TO PROVIDE SPONSORED WEBCASTING SERVICES
First Complimentary Webcast to Teach Companies How to Get More of Client's Time and Attention
August 27, 2003--NEW YORK, N.Y.--Interactive Video Technologies, Inc. (IVT), the premier provider of e-communications software, and The Deal LLC, a media company providing must-read financial news to corporate executives, their advisers and investors, today announced that they have formed an agreement for sponsored webcasting services.
IVT will provide The Deal with customized webcast venues that can address advertisers' growing demands for innovative ways to maximize audience reach and measurable results. By integrating sponsored webcasting as a new medium to its portfolio of media products, The Deal will leverage the power of the Internet to provide more value to advertisers as well as subscribers, increase revenue and extend its brand. The Deal will drive webcast attendance by marketing the online broadcasts in its print and online publications.
"The Deal's sponsored webcasts will offer advertisers a new way to market their product and services to an audience of highly qualified decision makers," said Mark Lieberman, Chairman and CEO of IVT. "Coupling the reach of the Internet with a lucrative readership base is a very powerful offering, and one that we are very excited to be a part of."
"IVT's software and expertise will enable us to deliver compelling events to our readers and generate qualified leads for our advertisers," said Kevin Worth, president and CEO of The Deal. "The webcasts will help our advertisers develop stronger relationships with viewers that want to see and hear from the thought leaders behind the deals."
