June 8, 2012 - New York, N.Y. - Mergers and acquisitions data from The Deal Pipeline was used as the source for Boston Business Journal's annual list of the area's largest mergers and acquisitions, published in their June 8-14 issue.
The Deal Pipeline data comprised the top M&A deals for the 2011 calendar year through February 2012 in which the target company was located in the state of Massachusetts. The list included details found in The Deal Pipeline service including industry of the target company, the buyers and sellers involved in the transaction and more in-depth details of the transactions.
