Jamie Gorelick, a partner at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLC, spoke at The Deal's M&A Outlook 2009 conference about how regulation will change over the next year. In this video Gorelick addresses many of the new administration's regulatory challenges including compensation changes for banking executives, regulation of banks and regulation of the energy industry.
