Small businesses face a slew of challenges in the current economy, but some new tools may help. In this episode of Inside The Deal, Ami Kassar, chief innovation officer of Advanta Bank Corp., talks about a new initiative called Ideablob.com that the bank is working on to fund small businesses. The Web site acts as a social network for entrepreneurs, who can seek business advice and even be awarded money for their business ideas. See the video after the break. - Maria Woehr
