David P. Wales is Deputy Director of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition. Prior to joining the FTC, he was a partner in the antitrust practice group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, handling antitrust litigation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, competitor collaborations and grand jury investigations.
