Chris Gordon is a Principal at Bain Capital. Gordon spoke about the acquisition of Quintiles at The Deal's Healthcare Dealmaking Symposium.
Some of his transaction experiences include Warner Chilcott, Accellent, CRC Health Group and Epoch Senior Living. Gordon is also a member of the board of directors for CRC Health Group.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Gordon was a consultant at Bain & Company. Gordon received an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and graduated magna cum laude with an AB in Economics from Harvard College.

Jonathan Korngold is a Managing Director at General Atlantic LLC. Korngold works closely with the firm's public and private portfolio companies and is currently a Board member of Emdeon Business Services.
Prior to joining General Atlantic, Korngold was a member of Goldman Sachs's Principal Investment Area and Mergers & Acquisitions groups in London and New York. Korngold received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated with a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Harvard College.
Korngold spoke about M&A within healthcare at The Heathcare Dealmaking Symposium.

Tennenbaum Capital Markets' Mark Holdsworth discussed the economy, corporate debt and technology investing in a down market at the 2008 Distressed Investing conference.
While Holdsworth feels the economy is entering a slow growth mode with "things being tough for a while" he doesn't yet think that thet wheels are coming off. As opposed to the last time around, many more companies have taken on debt, but don't have s full understanding of what "it means to have debt, thinking that those sources of capital are going to be the same as equity sources of capital, so it kind of a learning curve for them."
