M&A Outlook 2009: Houlihan's Crawford and Lincolnshire's Callahan on distressed assets

At The Deal's M&A Outlook 2009 conference, Houlihan Lokey's managing director Hamilton Crawford and Tom Callahan, managing director of Lincolnshire Management Inc., spoke on restructuring distressed assets. In this video Crawford says that banks have to be much more aggressive concerning technical defaults and that sponsors are becoming much more transparent with their lenders. Callahan speaks about the impact of the lack of financing on banks and middle-market deals. - Maria Woehr
