At The Deal's Fifth Annual Private Capital Symposium, David Storper, Senior Managing Director of WL Ross & Co. and Gary Talarico, Managing Director of Sun Capital Partners discussed distressed investment and covenant-lite deals.

"There are far less covenant-lite deals then the big deals," Talarico said.
