Tony Baldo oversees The Deal LLC’s bankruptcy and restructuring coverage in addition to the editorial data development of The Deal Pipeline. Among his accomplishments at The Deal, he spearheaded its first-ever rankings of the top law firms, lawyers, restructuring advisers and bankers working on active bankruptcy cases in 2003. Known today as The Deal’s Bankruptcy League Tables, they are regarded as the most accurate rankings of bankruptcy cases in the industry.

Over the course of Tony’s 27-year career, he has served as senior editor of Financial World magazine, and as editor of Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions Report and Treasury & Risk Management, a magazine published by the Economist Group. He has also spent time as a reporter at Forbes and The Jersey Journal.
