Thomas Zadvydas is a reporter covering middle-market M&A and auctions. Tom follows the aerospace and defense, biotechnology, energy, manufacturing, security and media industries closely, and he has profiled middle-market dealmakers. Most recently, Tom published a feature analyzing the effect of healthcare reform on middle-market biotech auctions as well as a look at the changing dynamics of defense industry M&A.

Prior to joining The Deal LLC, Tom worked at Crain’s InvestmentNews while completing graduate studies in journalism. Tom has also done freelance work for various online publications covering the music and arts scene in New York.
