Beacon Power bankruptcy case a 'challenge'

"It was a challenge," explains William Baldiga, managing director of Brown Rudnick LLP's litigation and restructuring department, regarding his firm's representation of Beacon Power Corp.'s Chapter 11 proceedings. Government grants proved to be unique assets in the case, and Brown Rudnick also deferred professional fees until the end of the bankruptcy proceedings, contingent upon a win. - Sarah Hashim-Waris
