AOL said Nisha Kumar will serve as the company's new chief financial officer, reporting directly to chairman and chief executive Randy Falco. Kumar comes to AOL from Time Warner Inc., where she held senior positions in operations and mergers and acquisitions. Kumar has also been a vice president at Priceline.com and was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.
Jeffrey Kinsey was promoted to vice president of strategy and corporate development at Brunswick Corp. Kinsey succeeds Dale Tompkins who will join Brunswick Bowling & Billiards. Kinsey joined Mercury Marine, a Brunswick unit, in 2003 as vice president of strategy and business development before assuming his most recent role as VP of the focused business unit. Kinsey will oversee strategic planning for the Lake Forest, Ill. recreational equipment maker.
Misys plc, a global software and solutions company, appointed Paul Musselman as executive vice president of strategy and corporate development. He joins from IBM Corp., where he worked for six years and was most recently vice president in the global services organization with global responsibility for complex commercial transactions and partnerships. Prior to IBM, Musselman had a range of corporate development roles with Net Perceptions Inc and Intel Corp.
