Three months after Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. acquired TTI Inc., the specialty electronics distributor says it's on the prowl for some acquisitions. Fort Worth-based TTI, which employs 1,700 people in more than 50 locations throughout North America, Europe and Asia, created the position of senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions and named Tony Miller to the post. Miller has been with TTI since 2003 and will work closely with Craig Conrad, senior vice president chief marketing and strategic planning officer. TTI's 2005 sales totaled $835 million.
