Google Inc. and Viacom Inc. continue to spar. Viacom, you'll recall, slapped the Internet search giant with a billion dollar lawsuit regarding YouTube postings of "The Colbert Report" and other Viacom shows. The firms have had harsh words for each other, with Viacom calling YouTube a "massive center of infringement" and Google CEO Eric Schmidt pointing to Viacom's history and suggesting the company was built on lawsuits. A hearing is set to begin this month and should have some interesting implications for other online copyright wars.
