Inbev_brito.jpegInBev NV, the Belgium-based brewer that brings you Stella Artois, Beck's, Brahma and a zillion other brands around the globe such as South Korea's high-alcohol Cass Red,  became the world's largest brewer through a flurry of acquisitions. Along the way the company has amassed about 85,000 employees.

But in this Stanford University Webcast on leadership and talent development, CEO Carlos Brito says about 250 of them are really the ones who make a difference. - Suzanne Stevens
