IndraNooyipepsiBig.pngThe Wall Street Journal published its annual "50 Women to Watch" feature Monday, and several women are on the list at least partly by virtue of their work in M&A. Among them:

  • Pamela Daley, senior vice president for corporate business development at General Electric Co.
  • Indra Nooyi (pictured), chairman and CEO of PepsiCo Inc. and a former chief strategist and dealmaker at the company
  • Safra Catz, president and previously CFO of Oracle Corp.
Several others list (like Kraft Foods Inc. CEO Irene Rosenfelder and Susan Arnold, president of global business units at Procter & Gamble Co.) have obvious deal experience as well. Looks like it's good for your career. - Kenneth Klee
