
Serial dealmakers beware. An Associate Press report, citing an Obama administration official, says the Justice Department will
revert antitrust guidelines put in place by the Bush administration back to those similar to the Clinton administration.
The new agenda, which would make it easier to pursue antitrust cases against big firms, is expected to be announced Monday to think tank Center for American Progress, the report said. The Charlotte Observer says Justice antitrust head Christine Varney (pictured) will
