Wireless Internet provider Clearwire Corp. posted a $191.1 million loss for the second quarter due to costs related to its merger with Sprint Nextel Corp.'s WiMax business, but is focused on making the deal work. Meanwhile, reports say Sprint may sell its iDen wireless network to either NII Holdings Inc. or PE investors and Sprint itself could be taken over by South Korea's SK Telecom.
