Meredith Corp. (NYSE:MDP) in a proxy filing on Friday noted salary increases for executives including CEO Stephen Lacy and chief development officer John Zieser (pictured). Lacy's compensation will increase from $4 million in 2008 to $5.8 million this year, while Zieser's will jump from $1.5 million to about $1.77 million....
