Add another newspaper owner to the list of those selling off assets. Cox Enterprises Inc. plans to sell dozens of daily and weekly papers, along with its direct mail division, ValPak. The company will retain the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, which reported Thursday that Cox will also hang on to flagship papers...
