For anyone confused about the difference between the cubicle cultures in the U.S. and developing nations, the Associated Press offers some help. The AP Monday related a Malaysian news service story reporting that government employees in Johor state spend about 20% of their days downloading music, games and porn on their computers. American habits are quite different. Here, such activities take up about 80% of the day. — Jeffrey Kanige
