Management consultancy Katzenbach Partners LLC released a survey Tuesday showing that most executives believe "their companies' post-merger integration efforts are yielding average or below average results." The finding, according to the firm, "underscores a significant desire and need for 'merger repair.'" Nearly half of those surveyed—49%—said they had experienced "chronic productivity, service and performance problems."
