Clayton, Dubilier & Rice hired Banc of America Securities (Mark Stephanz, John McCusker, Edward Fitzgerald and Keith Hennessey), Citigroup Global Markets (Bora Sila, Chad Leat, Richard Zogheb, Tyler Dickson and Edward Crook), J.P. Morgan (John Coyle, Susan Elolampi) and Wachovia Securities (Kevin Smith) for financial advice on its $5.5 billion buyout of ServiceMaster.

The target turned to Morgan Stanley (William Strong), Goldman Sachs & Co. (Wayne Moore, Susan Willetts and Chip Dunn) and Greenhill & Co. (Scott Bok, Jennifer Cobleigh, Ashish Contractor).
