Just in: Advisers on Cerberus-Affiliated Computer

Citigroup Global Markets bankers Chris Varelas, Ben Druskin, Michael Tedesco, Julie Silcok, Ed Wehle, Brian Mass, Melissa Knox and Joel Hwang are serving as financial advisors to Affiliated Computer in its $8.2 billion sale to Cerberus.

Cravath, Swaine & Moore attorney James Woolery is serving as counsel to Affiliated founder Darwin Deason, while Schulte Roth & Zabel’s Stuart Freedman is representing the buyer.
