Steve Munger, James von Moltke, Brian Healy and Peter de Boer of Morgan Stanley are advising IntercontinentalExchange in its unsolicited, $9.9 billion bid for Cbot Holdings Inc. John Evangelakos, Steven Holley and Andrew Mason of Sullivan & Cromwell are providing legal counsel.
