  Share     E-Mail    Discussion    Print Story

Two big guns in antitrust law, Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP's Kevin Arquit and Peter Thomas, are advising Hellman & Friedman LLC on its $3.1 billion sale of DoubleClick Inc. to Google Inc.
