Computer Sciences hired  Brian Webber, Evan Winkler and David Istock of UBS Securities for financial advice on its $1.3 billion acquisition of technology services provider Covansys. Mark Lahive, Marshall Watson and Hatef Behnia of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher counseled the buyer.

Boon Sim and Brian Gudofsky of Credit Suisse advised the target, while Arthur Dudley II and Justin Klimko of Butzel Long provided counsel.
