Robert Greenhill steps aside

  Greenhill and Bok

Greenhill & Co.’s Robert Greenhill, who started the mergers and acquisitions practice at Morgan Stanley in 1972, will give his chief executive role to co-presidents Scott Bok and Simon Borrows. Greenhill will remain chairman of the firm he founded in 1996. The firm has 41 managing directors and senior advisers. — Baz Hiralal
