British Sky Broadcasting Group plc-ITV plc

Out of Europe Tuesday morning, the U.K.'s Business and Enterprise Secretary John Hutton orders Rupert Murdoch's BSkyB to cut its 17.9% holding in broadcaster ITV to less than 7.5% on the advice of the Competition Commission.

And residents of the German city of Leipzig force GdF to abandon a plan to buy a 49.9% stake in the city's utility by blocking the deal in a referendum.
