IHOP Corp. completed its $2.1 billion deal for casual dining chain Applebees's International Inc. November 2007. Now, its report card time, and investors will have a chance to see the initial results on of the merger via IHOP's fourth-quarter earnings announcement Wednesday. Applebee's now operates as a standalone subsidiary of IHOP and has become part of a chain with a total of 3,250 restaurants.
