Once the antitrust review gets underway, there is a lot of grist for antitrust regulators -- far more competition issues than the recent Google Inc.-DoubleClick Inc. deal. That deal roiled politicians and consumer groups primarily because of its potential impact on consumer privacy. Nonetheless, brickbats are already being lobbed. Sen. Herb Kohl, D-Wis., has already said he plans to hold regulators feet to the fire to review the deal. -
