Wilson Sonsini's Chul Pak on healthcare's regulatory outlook

Chul Pak,  a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, discussed the regulatory outlook for healthcare over the next year at The Deal's Healthcare Dealmaking Symposium. Pak also addressed negotiating strategies with the Federal Trade Commission and the court systems when conducting divestments and acquisitions.
