Centrica plc says its North American Direct Energy unit will make an agreed offer worth about $56 million for the Canadian oil and gas assets of TransGlobe Energy. Impala Paltinum-Aquarius Platinum Ltd. South Africa's Implats will sell its holding in Aquarius Platinum and Aquarius' South African unit back to the companies for $744 million. Ethel Austin Menzies Corporate Restructuring Wednesday became joint administrators to 300-store clothing retailer Ethel Austin of Liverpool, England.
