adviser to Wm. Wrigley in connection with the deal and placement agent
for the securities to Berkshire Hathaway Inc. The team included Byron Trott, Adam Taetle, Kelly Rainko, Stefanie Jay, Robbie Robinson, Lauren Polo and Clayton Hanson. William Blair Inc. was also financial adviser to Wrigley and offered a fairness opinion.
