Teamsters, Frontier reach pact
The International Brotherhood of Teamsters has reached a tentative agreement with Frontier Airlines Holdings Inc. for temporary wage and benefits concessions for 425 unionized workers employed by the bankrupt airline. - Carolyn Okomo

Mesa scores court victory
Troubled regional carrier Mesa Air Group Inc. won a preliminary injunction preventing Delta Air Lines Inc. from terminating a flying contract, at least temporarily dodging a potential bankruptcy filing. The Phoenix-based airline, which through various subsidiaries fly small jets for Delta, UAL Corp.'s United Airlines Inc. and US Airways Group Inc., is in a dispute with Delta over the Atlanta-based airline's March decision to pull out of their partnership. - Lou Whiteman

Small Toys set to wind down
Nearly eight months after selling its assets to private equity firm Rivenrock Capital LLC, Small World Toys Inc. has converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation. - Ben Fidler

Linens auction closes
Tiger Capital Group LLC and SB Capital Group LLC won the auction to hold liquidation sales at 120 Linens 'n Things Inc. stores after bidding $121.6 million. - Jamie Mason
