Go Fig moves toward public auction Following the conversion of Go Fig Inc.'s case to a Chapter 7 liquidation proceeding, a public auction of its assets could be in the company's near future. A hearing to seek approval for a public auction is scheduled for May 28. Go Fig has hired liquidator Atec Inc. to market its assets. - Carolyn Okomo Sturgis judge to weigh $41M offer The sale of Sturgis Iron & Metal Inc. to SDI Sub LLC isn't ironclad just yet. A third hearing to consider the scrap-metal recycling company's $41 million purchase will be held on May 27. - Carolyn Okomo Polar Molecular's bankruptcy dismissed A Colorado judge dismissed Polar Molecular Holding Corp.'s bankruptcy case after its secured creditor, Petroleum Enhancer LLC, said it was filed in bad faith.
