Interep reorganization approved A New York judge approved Interep National Radio Sales Inc.'s plan of reorganization, which gives the advertising sales company a $50 million exit loan. The confirmation hearing is set for July 15. - Jamie Mason Judge delays Asarco challenge The protracted battle between bankrupt Asarco LLC and its Mexican parent was put on hold for two weeks, as the copper miner scurries to sell its assets and to file a plan. - Terry Brennan Go Fig will go bye-bye Go Fig Inc.'s request to auction its assets following a conversion to Chapter 7 liquidation has been approved. The auction is set for June 7. - Carolyn Okomo Creative Catalogs foiled again For the second time this year, Creative Catalogs Corp. has been unseated as a stalking-horse bidder for a bankrupt online retailer. Provide Commerce Inc., the parent of online florist ProFlowers and other e-commerce Web sites, won the assets of RedEnvelope Inc. at an auction.
