Metcare reorganization held over
A New Jersey judge has tabled the reorganization plan filed by Cedar Grove, N.J.-based pharmacy services management company, Metcare Rx Pharmaceuticals Services Group LLC, to June 24. - Carolyn Okomo

American IronHorse hits the road
An $8 million sale of custom motorcycle maker American IronHorse Motorcycle Co. to Rocky Mountain Choppers LLC has been approved after finding that the only competing bidder, Zohar Motorcycles LLC, which is owned by Patriarch Partners LLC, was unqualified. - Jamie Mason

Blue Water's plan approved
Blue Water Automotive Systems Inc. has been given the green light on a plan that sets up a sale of its assets in the next few months. A confirmation hearing has been set for June 18. - Ben Fidler

GE worried over Leiner assets
GE Business Financial Services Inc. wants adequate protection for the equipment it leased to Leiner Health Products Inc. GE claims that it found out that some of its equipment, worth $919,186, was missing after the company completed an inventory search. - Jamie Mason
