Rockaway joint liquidation OK'd
A New Jersey judge has approved a joint liquidation plan for Randolph, N.J.-based Rockaway Bedding Inc., clearing the way for its exit out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy. - Carolyn Okomo

Aloha Airlines sells unit
Aloha Airlines Inc. is set to close a $10.5 million cash sale of its air cargo division .Seattle-based Saltchuk Resources Inc. is expected to close the sale after it had initially issued a stalking-horse agreement to buy the unit for $13.5 million in a Section 363 auction. - Terry Brennan
