Evercore Partners advised EDS. Evercore chairman and chief executive Roger C. Altman led the team that included William O. Hiltz, Naveen Nataraj and several others. Tom Cerabino, Serge Benchetrit, Frank Daniele and Russell Leaf of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP were counsel to EDS, which also tapped Citigroup Inc. for financial advice.
