Just In: Advisers in Smucker's acquisition of Folgers

The Daily Deal has the advisers working on the $3.3 billion J.M. Smucker Co. acquisition of Procter & Gamble Co.'s Folgers coffee.

J.M. Smucker sought financial advice from Kenneth Tuchman at Bank of America Corp. as well as William Blair & Co. Legal advice came from John Jenkins of Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP and Kenneth Heitner of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Procter & Gamble sought financial advice for Folgers from Joseph Rault, Susan Huang and Kristin Rossi of Morgan Stanley and Mary Anne Citrino and Greg Hewitt of Blackstone Group LP. Robert Profusek of Jones Day and Linda Swartz of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP provided legal advice.
