SemGroup slides into Ch. 11
The parent of oil and asphalt transporter SemGroup Energy Partners LP filed the Chapter 11 petition it had warned of last week, making its mark as the largest bankruptcy in 2008 thus far. SemGroup LP and 24 affiliates filed their Chapter 11 cases, blaming a failed oil hedging strategy that left the company with a "severe liquidity crisis." - John Blakeley and David Carey

DynAmerica gets interim DIP use
A Delaware judge granted bankrupt DynAmerica Manufacturing LLC the interim use of $1.77 million of a $2.62 million debtor-in-possession loan. The final DIP hearing is set for Aug. 15. - Mike Schoeck

Gibson gets interim cash use
A South Carolina judge has granted bankrupt car dealership Joe Gibson Automotive Inc. the use of $150,000 in interim monthly cash collateral and set a final cash collateral hearing for July 31. - Mike Schoeck

Oyska's reorg approved
A Texas judge has approved the reorganization plan of oil and gas explorer Osyka Corp. that gives its unsecured creditors a 100% recovery. A hearing to consider the plan's confirmation has been scheduled for Aug. 20. - Jamie Mason

Hi, we are a Mexican carrier and we have been working with Dynamerica here in Monterrey Mx, (where they had a plant) and soon we are finding that they are in bankruptcy in the States, and here in Monterrey they already closed the plant.

I am too concern because they have a balance with us for $ 12,124.00 USD, and nobody reply here. How can I colect my money.?? Anybody can help me.?? please reply...
