Delta CEO Richard Anderson, president and CFO Ed Bastian and executive vice president of revenue and network Glen Hauenstein will remain in their current roles, with Bastian taking the title of CEO of Northwest while it operates as a separate subsidiary during the integration period.

Delta's Mike Campbell, executive vice president of HR, labor and communications, and Steve Gorman, EVP of operations, will also remain in their current roles.

Northwest holdovers include Mike Becker, currently senior vice president of human resources and labor relations who will take a so-far-undetermined role at the combined company once Northwest is integrated, general counsel Ben Hirst, CIO Theresa Wise and Laura Liu, currently senior vice president for international flying.
