Financial advisers working for InBev included Antonio Weiss, Steven Golub, Michael Wilkerson of Lazard; Douglas Braunstein of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.; James Stynes of Deutsche Bank AG; Bruce Evans of BNP Paribas SA; and Jim Kilts of Centerview Partners Holdings LLC. Legal advise to the acquirer came from teams at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Clifford Chance LLP and Linklaters LLP.

Anheuser-Busch turned to financial advisers Tim Ingrassia and Peter Gross of Goldman, Sachs & Co.; Leon Kalvaria and Jeffrey Schackner of Citigroup Global Markets Inc.; bankers from Moelis & Co.; and Merrill Lynch & Co. for expertise.
