Financial advisers working for InBev included Antonio Weiss, Steven Golub, Michael Wilkerson of Lazard; Douglas Braunstein of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.; James Stynes of Deutsche Bank AG; Bruce Evans of BNP Paribas SA; and Jim Kilts of Centerview Partners Holdings LLC. Legal advise to the acquirer came from teams at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Clifford Chance LLP and Linklaters LLP.

Anheuser-Busch turned to financial advisers Tim Ingrassia and Peter Gross of Goldman, Sachs & Co.; Leon Kalvaria and Jeffrey Schackner of Citigroup Global Markets Inc.; bankers from Moelis & Co.; and Merrill Lynch & Co. for expertise. The target used Paul Schnell and Thomas Greenberg of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Charles Cogut and John Finley of Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett LLP as legal advisers. - Maria Woehr
