AHM cleared to sell mortgage loans
Bankrupt American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. has won court approval to sell 243 mortgage loans to Vantium Capital Markets LP. According to debtor counsel Sean Beach of Young, Conaway, Stargatt & Taylor LLP, the total purchase price was more than $19 million. -- Jamie Mason

The company, which runs 113 Waffle House restaurants in the Southeast, has been operating under the shield of the automatic stay ever since Aug. 25, when it filed for Chapter 11. -- B.F.

has any one tried to talk to employees about the problems with southeast waffles try to find out why things are happening and how can there be no money when they dont fix anything and take money from checks for other peoples expenses and rumors about the bankruptcy have caused employee embarressment because the bank wont cash there check

to all readers.as a worker of southeast waffle id like to say we,re in the dark like everyone else.to answer any questions about the money i can say this employies sure dont have it.lets give examples.at one time we use to get paid vacations not no more there gone like .99 gas prices.we work christmas and all we get for that is youl work or not have a job.we use to get bounse for christmas but they went bye bye.the resson we got was because of hurricane katrina.you figure that one out let us know.its nice to know that we,re makeing the fat cats fater while we struggle.for a company thats been around for years this is a fine way to treat your people.dont get me wrong i love working for waffle house,you meet all sorrts,but your makeing it hard to go to work.i dont know about all the other employies but i worrie if i need to find another job or one that cares about the little people.so in short we would like to know were is the money.
