Bank Watch: Bridge over troubled Wall Street

Stocks rallied on troubled Wall Street. The Dow finished up 485.21 points, the S&P 500 increased 58.34 points, and the Nasdaq jumped 98.6 points. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac suffered a hit at the end of the day on news that accounting and disclosure records are being examined by a federal grand jury in New York. - Maria Woehr
