Crisis Dashboard: LIBOR, VIX, TED Spread, Dow

LIBOR 1-Month 3.2750 Change: -0.2525 basis points
LIBOR 3-Month 3.5413 Change: -0.2925 basis points
The LIBOR rate for dollars continues to go lower, as overnight one-month and three-month rates are down for the eighth consecutive day.

VIX: 66.65 Change: +16.65 (+31.14%)
The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index took off like a rocket as stock markets around the world tanked. Intraday, the index rose as high as $80.64 as the Dow raced lower late in the day.

TED Spread: 2.5248 Change: -0.2415
Mirroring the drop in LIBOR, the TED Spread is still falling, as lenders continue to slowly stop hoarding cash.

Dow: 8519.21 Change: -514.45
