LIBOR 1-Month 3.2588 Change: -0.0162 basis points
LIBOR 3-Month 3.5350 Change: -0.0063 basis points
Credit markers continue to thaw a little at a time as LIBOR rate for dollars is down for the ninth consecutive day.

VIX: 67.8 Change: -1.85 (-2.66%)
The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index eased lower Thursday morning as the Dow rallied late to close in positive territory, but the Nasdaq finished lower.

TED Spread: 2.5593 Change: +0.0345
The TED inched higher Thursday afternoon as lenders anxieties about corporate and sovereign debt are heightened. 

Dow: 8691.25 Change: +172.04
