Crisis Dashboard: LIBOR, VIX, TED Spread, Dow

LIBOR 1-Month 3.2400 Change: -0.0188 basis points
LIBOR 3-Month 3.5163 Change: -0.0187 basis points
Although LIBOR for dollars fell for a 10th consecutive day, the rate of decrease has slowed dramatically, raising fears that rates may level out at these heightened levels.

VIX: 80.57 Change: -12.77 (+18.83%)
The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index shot higher as stock markets all over the world took big dives.

TED Spread: 2.6934 Change: +0.1345
The TED Spread went higher Friday morning inched as lenders anxieties about corporate and sovereign debt are increased as stocks around the globe tanked. 

Dow: 8282.02 Change: -409.23
