LIBOR 1-Month LIBOR 3.2188 Change: -0.0212 basis points
LIBOR 3-Month LIBOR 3.5075 Change: -0.0088 basis points
LIBOR is still falling, but the pace that the rate is dropping has decreased as fears of a recession have heightened.

VIX: 76.9 Change: -2.23 (-2.82%)
The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index sunk slightly, but still remains high, indicating investors' uncertainty in the marketplace.

TED Spread: 2.7457 Change: +0.0981
The TED Spread is inches higher as banks sign up for capital infusions and investors fear central banks' efforts may not be able to ward off a global recession.

Dow: 8,175.77 Change:  -203.18
